Who is running the Promotion?
The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Fiji) Pte Limited having its registered office at Lot 1 Ratu Dovi Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Nasinu, Fiji (“CCEP”) (Promoter). Energy Beverages, LLC (Limited Liability Company) is not a sponsor of this promotion. The “Mother Energy Drink” names, logos, and/or materials are used for purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Energy Beverages, LLC’s sponsorship of this promotion. The Promotion is being conducted within selected stores in Fiji. Information regarding participating stores, prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions.
When will the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion starts at 12.00 (Fiji time) on 1 December 2025 and ends at 23.59 (Fiji time) on 31 January 2026 (the Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
Entry is only open to Fiji residents who are aged 18 years and over excluding:
management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Participating Stores and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child, or sibling of a people referred to in paragraph (a) above;
persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request proof of your eligibility in the event that there is doubt over your eligibility to enter the Promotion. The persons referred to in paragraph (b) above include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter has absolute discretion to determine whether a person is an eligible entrant.
Where will the Promotion run?
The Promotion will only be valid in stores as identified by the display of in-store promotional material for this Promotion (Participating Stores). A list of stores can be found at the end of this terms and conditions. Purchases made from stores not participating in the Promotion will not be valid.
Do I need to buy anything for a chance to win?
Yes.
During the Promotion Period, buy, in one transaction, two (2) Mother Energy
330ml products (Original or Frosty Berry, excluding online and vending machine purchases) from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the Participating Store of purchase, the product/s purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period and before you submitted your entry).
Mother Energy products must manufactured in Fiji by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Fiji) Pte Limited or formerly known as Coa-Cola Amatil (Fiji) Pte Limited.
Entry Instructions
To enter the Promotion, you must:
make a Qualifying Purchase
locate the QR code available on promotional Point of Sale materials relating to this Promotion (Promotional Materials) at the Participating Stores
scan the QR code shown in the Promotional Materials or visit https://motherpromofj.com/ to access the Promotion landing page
enter your personal details such as you name, email and phone number of the Promotion land page, and
upload a photo of the purchase receipt on the Promotion landing page – ensure the receipt shows the items purchased and the date of purchase and submit the completed entry form.
Incomplete or invalid entries or those not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own data and text charges associated with entering.
Each Qualifying Purchase provides you with one entry into the prize draw. You must retain your itemised receipt as proof of purchase.
How many times can I enter?
You are allowed to enter into the Promotion multiple times. There is a limit of one entry per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A person may only win one Major Prize. If an entrant is drawn as a Major Prize Winner for a second time that Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant (see“How many Prize Winners will there be and how will they be chosen?”)
What can I win?
There are four (4) Major Prizes and ten (10) Consolation Prizes (each a Prize) to be won as follows:
The Major Prize is a full day onsite trip with Terra Trek Fiji with guided self-driving waterfall tour for two (the winner and a companion) (Major Prize). The Major Prize does not include transportation to or from Terra Trek, Pacific Harbour. All travel and associated costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion. Travel date is 21 February 2026 and the waterfall tour will take place between 9.30am to
1.30pm. Winners and their companions must be available to travel to Pacific Harbour and participate on this date. The Major Prize has an estimated value of $2392FJD.
The Consolation Prize is a carton of 330ml Mother Original Energy Drink with a value of $960.00 FJD (Consolation Prize).
The total Prize pool is valued at $3352
Prize colours and sizes are final and cannot be exchanged. Prizes illustrated on the point of sale and social images are indicative only of the exact Prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If any Prize item is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.
How many Prizes will there be to win and how will the Prize Winners be chosen?
There will be a total of 4 Major Prizes and 10 Consolation Prizes available to be won.
All Prize winners will be drawn at the end of the Promotion.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will automatically go into the draw to win.
The Prize Draw will be conducted on 6 February 2026 by Positive Space at 12 Sevuku Plc, Lower Ragg Avenue, Namadi under police supervision.
The first four valid entries randomly drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period will win the Major Prize (each, a Major Prize Winner).
The next ten valid entries (excluding Major Prize Winners) randomly drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period, will win the Consolation Prize (each, a Consolation Prize Winner).
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Winner means either a Major Prize Winner or a
Consolation Prize Winner.
The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in the order in which they are drawn, in case any drawn entry/entrant is deemed invalid (Reserve Entrants).
How and when will the Prize Winners be informed?
Prize Winners will be notified via the e-mail address or mobile number supplied on the drawn entry form within 2 working days of the Prize draw taking place. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, their Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.
If I win, when and how must I claim my Prize?
To claim the Prize, you must visit the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Fiji) Pte Limited and provide any relevant details (such as and not limited to age, I.D., name and address, proof of purchase,) required to comply with any eligibility
requirements within five (5) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner.
The transaction cost for accessing the Prize will not be borne by the Promoter. Any Prize that is not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if you are unable to claim your Prize for whatever reason. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries or communications.
The Prize must not be sold, used, donated or given away as part of another promotion.
Major Prize
Each Major Prize Winner must notify the Promoter of the name, age and contact details of the person that the winner wishes to nominate as their companion within five (5) days of being notified that they are a winner. Major Prize Winners and their companion must have a valid driver’s licence, and their companion must be at least 18 years old. These terms and conditions sit alongside Terra Trek’s terms and conditions and the Major Prize Winner and their companions must sign a Terra-Trek waiver form which will be provided on the day of the tour. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize experience must be taken on the date specified. No alterations, extensions or variation on this date is permitted. Each Major Prize Winner is solely responsible for their companion, including ensuring that the companion complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
By accepting the Major Prize, each winner consents to the Promoter providing their personal information to Terra Trek to make and confirm their bookings. The winner must also assist the Promoter by procuring the written consent of their companions to provide their information as well.
What if I don't claim my Prize on time?
If a Prize Winner does not get in touch with the Promoter within five (5) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner or declines to participate in the Major Prize, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the
Prize to a Reserve Entrant/s or by carrying out an unclaimed prize draw at the same location as the original draw, to distribute the Prize.
Any such new winner will be informed by phone within two working days of determination.
General
The Promoter’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion are final and binding in all respects. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any Prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
If the winner or his/her entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of the winner’s entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require the winner to produce documentation to verify the winner’s age. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
Tamper with the entry process;
Engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
Act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner towards the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or parties associated with this Promotion;
Do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or parties associated with this Promotion;
Breach any law or regulation of Fiji or any jurisdiction in which the Prize is fulfilled; or
Behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, Prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final.
The Prizes and total Prize pool values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable VAT.
If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any applicable law.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a Prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for VAT purposes this Promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal VAT inclusive market values.
The winner assumes the risk for the Prize once the Prize has been collected and ownership papers have been completed. Any costs including fuel and insurance are the responsibility of the winner immediately upon the Prize being collected by the winner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any risk or ongoing responsibility in relation to the Prize post-collection. Liability
The Promoter may communicate or advertise this Promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. You completely release Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with this Promotion.
The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
To the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of the Prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
Collection and Use of your Personal Information
The Promoter and its agencies collect entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send emails or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion); and disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that the third parties to whom the Promoter discloses personal information are bound to protect the privacy of that personal information.
The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion.
